Mega Mindy: Mega Mindy is a Flemish children’s superhero drama airing on TV channel Ketnet. The series revolves around Mieke, a girl who lives with her grandparents and works as a police officer but also has a secret identity as superhero Mega Mindy. She tries to keep it a secret, but falls in love with Toby who also works at the police. He is in love with Mega Mindy and doesn’t know that Mieke secretly likes him and is actually Mega Mindy. She tries to find a way to balance between work and being a superhero, but it isn’t always easy.

Latvian superhero: Latvia has unfortunately no superhero. So, we can only rely on artists and free-lance creators. This is

actually a good opportunity to present you the fantastic work of the freelance artist and student Siins, who tried in 2011 to design a Latvian superhero. Her superpowers would be strength of nine men and a voice attack.

Janissary: Selma Tolon was a Turkish doctor working with a Turkish relief group: The Red Crescent. When a terrible earthquake happened, she went to the disaster scene to help. Falling into a hole opened because of the earth-quake, she found the artifacts hidden by the wizard Merlin after the defeat of Sultan Suleiman the Great by a demon called Etrigan ages ago. She carries the Eternity Book of the wizard Merlin, which helps her to cast magical spells, but she has not mastered the use of it yet. She also wields the mystical scimitar of the Sultan Suleiman the Great. These artifacts have given her great strength, stamina, fighting powers and ability to fly. From Avenger to cosmic traveler to the legendary Celestial Madonna, Mantis is perhaps one of the most well-traveled characters in the Marvel Universe.

Modesty Blaise: A girl with a mysterious past, Modesty raised herself up from the life of a wandering nomad to ultimately become the head of “the Network”, a worldwide criminal organization specializing in theft and smuggling. Retiring at the top of her game, she settled in England, where her services were sought out by Sir Gerald Tarrant of the Secret Service. Since then, she and her former right-hand man Willie Garvin have carried out missions on behalf of the British government. The terror of evildoers, she is Modesty Blaise!

Little Mermaid: Little Mermaid was created by Nicholas Pascale. The script writer

Nelson Bridwell gave her the name Ulla Paske, the Danish equivalent of Nicole Paschal, as an honor to Nicholas. She had a father from Poseidon, a legged man, but was raised by her Atlantean mother who had a tail.

Goldilocks: Goldilocks appears in 5 issues.

The younger sister of British heroine Godiva. With a fairy-tale personality, she wants Robin as her Prince Charming. She can expand and contract her golden tresses at will.

Petra: Petra's heritage links her back to Denmark, but she was born in America. She lived peacefully with her family until soon after her thirteenth birthday, when a deadly

rock slide killed all of her family, leaving her the sole survivor. She never understood why she didn't perish along with her family. She was placed in a foster home, where her foster father acted strangely towards her. While walking through New York City's Central Park, her foster father attempted to molest her. She escaped by accidentally manipulating the earth and grounding him to the ground. This event led her to the discovery of her mutant abilities and the understanding of why she survived the rock slide. Petra has the ability to manipulate earth and rock. This power allows her to perform various feats including (but not limited to) turning coal into diamond, creating (or stopping) earthquakes and rock slides, and making the earth swallow up or trap enemies.
